Leveraging Resources, Building Communities

image image image image
Tribes   In 2003 Tribal leaders advised public officials that a deep divide continued to separate Tribes from private capital non-Indian communities regularly use to finance construction of houisng.  At that meeting the idea of bridging the divide by establishing an organization like Native Home Capital was born.
Developers   Today, more Tribes are benefitting from the skills, resources and networks that non-profit developers operating in urban areas have known about for years.    Opportunities are available for Tribes to build capacity and join this network as well as for existing developers to serve Indian Country.
Investors Through our people, products and services, we offer investors a dedicated intermidiary focused on Indian housing and community development.
Partners Our vision is that private sector capital shall be as readily accessible and in use on tribal lands for housing and community development as in any non-Indian community.  Anyone with the desire and capacity to provide aid can help in realizing this vision.
